Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months
Rate: £266.18/day (PAYE - equivalent to £60.4k annually)
Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition leader looking for an opportunity to shape recruitment strategy, lead high-performing teams, and drive recruitment excellence within a large international organisation?
We're seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and develop a Talent Acquisition function, ensuring the delivery of effective recruitment solutions while building strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business. This role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and strategic workforce planning, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on delivery with long-term talent strategy.
We're looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing a recruitment team
- Extensive Talent Acquisition or in-house recruitment experience within a large, complex organisation
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple business areas or regions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including working with Senior leaders
- Experience using recruitment metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and data to improve hiring performance and decision-making
- A track record of improving recruitment processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency
- Strong understanding of talent attraction strategies, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment best practices
- Experience working closely with HR, business leaders, and recruitment teams to deliver hiring outcomes aligned to business needs
