We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support technical recruitment for Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance for our client based in Dubai.

The role:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and disciplines
  • Source and attract high-quality technical and specialist talent
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions
  • Manage candidate screening, interviews, selection and pre-employment checks
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates

The ideal candidate:

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience in either an in-house or agency recruitment environment
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Experience within aviation, engineering or another technical environment is a must
  • Bachelor's degree
