The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our high-performing Recruitment Team and play a key role in identifying, attracting and securing exceptional talent across our business. From specialist surveyors and emerging talent through to head office and technical professionals, you'll help shape the future capability of one of the UK's leading residential surveying businesses.
This is an opportunity for a recruiter who thrives on building relationships, spotting potential before others see it, and developing talent pipelines that create sustainable business advantage.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing end-to-end recruitment expertise and market insight.
You'll
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment priorities and workforce challenges.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through networking, talent mapping and direct sourcing.
- Deliver outstanding candidate experiences from first conversation through to onboarding.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insight and recruitment advice to business leaders.
- Support recruitment campaigns across multiple business functions.
- Influence hiring decisions through strong candidate assessment and stakeholder management.
- Mentor and support other team members, sharing knowledge and best practice.
- Contribute to employer branding, attraction campaigns and referral initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, candidate experience and hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For
We're interested in recruiters who combine commercial awareness with genuine curiosity about people.
You'll ideally bring
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Significant in-house or agency recruitment experience.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to sourcing and headhunting talent.
- First class candidate assessment and interviewing capability.
- The ability to identify potential beyond what's written on a CV.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
- Confidence influencing managers and challenging constructively where required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers alike.
