Senior (Lead) Talent Acquisition Partner

London | Hybrid | Financial Services
£80,000 – 90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A leading private investment firm is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join its HR team and lead recruitment across a broad range of corporate functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished in-house recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategy whilst remaining actively involved in the delivery of recruitment.

We're particularly interested in individuals who have operated within a private investment firm, hedge fund, asset manager, private equity, alternative investments business or wider financial services environment and understand the pace, complexity and stakeholder expectations that come with these organisations.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of the business, partnering closely with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and other corporate functions. You'll act as a trusted talent advisor, helping to shape workforce planning, hiring strategy and recruitment best practice, whilst also taking ownership of critical hiring mandates from inception through to offer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
