Vishay is currently seeking talent for a Talent Acquisition Partner. We offer an opportunity to grow within a global semiconductor organization, gaining exposure to diverse hiring projects and cross-functional collaboration, while working closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Location: Newport, UK OR remote in the UK

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels; Run complex searches
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
  • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
  • Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS (e.g., Workday)
  • Participate in regional/global TA projects and cross-border hiring initiatives
  • Support recruitment process improvements and TA initiatives

What you will bring along:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • Experienced in direct sourcing & executive outreach
  • Experience hiring for semiconductors manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media
  • Experience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English and preferably another European Language
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders - able to challenge, influence, and advise
