Travelport is the brains behind lots of your travel bookings- plane, car or hotel. Our technology is used to book that magical holiday, infamous bachelorette party or long overdue school reunion. While we can’t solve mosquito bites or lost luggage, we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel, and we’re looking for the best thinkers to help us do it.
This is a newly created hybrid Senior TA Partner role, with approximately 80% focused on experienced hire recruitment and 20% on emerging talent.
It isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about elevating TA to a strategic function with a true seat at the top table. We’re embracing innovation and AI to disrupt traditional approaches, drive efficiency, and enhance every stage of the TA lifecycle. We’re open about the fact that some of our systems, processes, and ways of working need fixing- we see this as an opportunity and not a blocker.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
