We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help attract, hire and retain exceptional talent across our global business.
This is more than recruitment. You'll partner with leaders to shape workforce plans, provide market insight, build talent pipelines and deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on recruitment expertise, you'll help us scale and support long-term growth.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned to business goals and future workforce needs.
- Provide talent market intelligence, competitor insights and hiring recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring requirements.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and talent communities to attract exceptional talent.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, engagement and feedback.
- Act as an ambassador for our employer brand, supporting recruitment marketing initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
- Analyse recruitment data and hiring metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Maintain recruitment reporting, dashboards and talent insights for business leaders.
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, systems and technology.
- Leverage AI and emerging recruitment technologies to improve efficiency, candidate experience and hiring outcomes.

What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in end-to-end talent acquisition
- Proven success delivering end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, interviewing and offer management skills.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making capability.
- Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn recruiter (Greenhouse preferred).
Bonus points for any of the following:
- Experience within EdTech, SaaS, Technology or other high-growth organisations.
- International recruitment experience
- Experience supporting workforce planning and organisational growth initiatives.
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Experience using AI, automation or emerging recruiting technologies to improve hiring outcomes.

What else you need to know:
- This is a hybrid position from one of our UK Offices – London (Hammersmith), Houghton-Le-Spring or Swindon can be considered.
- Our hybrid is two days a week in the office.
- Travel to other UK offices each quarter to meet teams in person
