We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex talent challenges, and wants to make a meaningful impact by connecting exceptional people with opportunities where they can succeed.

In this role you will:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex and strategic roles across Europe & Africa.
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide market insights, talent strategies, and hiring recommendations.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, market mapping, networking, and talent intelligence.
  • Use data and market trends to influence recruitment decisions and workforce planning.
  • Coach hiring managers on effective, inclusive, and high-quality hiring practices.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand.
  • Contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and innovation.

Our requirements:

  • 7+ years of corporate Talent Acquisition experience, including professional, management, and senior leadership hiring.
  • Experience partnering with Directors, VP-level stakeholders, and executive teams.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA talent markets and experience managing recruitment across multiple countries.
  • Proven ability to build talent pipelines for challenging and business-critical roles.
  • Strong sourcing expertise, market intelligence skills, and experience using recruitment analytics.
  • Executive presence, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to influence and challenge.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, consultative approach.
