Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join a highly respected global Financial Services business. This role will be instrumental in driving the recruitment strategy for client-facing functions, partnering with senior leaders to attract exceptional talent across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Solutions.
This is a business-critical position where you'll have direct influence on growth plans, talent strategy, and hiring outcomes across multiple regions.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business, leading end-to-end recruitment activity for some of the firm's most important revenue-generating functions.
You'll be responsible for:
- Partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client-facing teams to deliver strategic hiring plans.
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top industry talent.
- Conducting market mapping and competitor intelligence across the asset management landscape.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for specialist and senior-level hires.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Providing insight on compensation trends, talent availability, and market dynamics.
- Championing a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Supporting international hiring initiatives and business growth projects.

The Ideal Candidate
This role requires candidates with proven recruitment experience within Asset Management, specifically recruiting Sales and Marketing professionals.
To be successful, you will have:
- Demonstrable experience recruiting Sales and/or Marketing professionals within an asset management environment.
- Strong understanding of distribution functions including Institutional Sales, Wholesale Sales, Marketing, Product, Client Services, Product Specialists, RFP/DDQ, and related commercial roles.
- A track record of successfully sourcing and hiring passive talent for specialist and senior-level positions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the credibility to advise and influence senior business leaders.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, commercial recruitment environment.
- Strong direct sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- A consultative approach with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding recruitment experience.
