We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of Europe's leading digital healthcare businesses as they continue to invest heavily in technology, data and AI.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a highly innovative, data-driven organisation that's transforming how millions of people access healthcare across Europe.
You'll lead recruitment across a broad technology portfolio of Data & AI roles, partnering with hiring managers to build exceptional teams that will shape the next phase of the company's growth.
You'll be a trusted advisor to the business, driving talent acquisition strategy, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and owning hiring across multiple technical teams.
π What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment across Data, Machine Learning and AI functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across mid-level, senior, staff and leadership hires
- Source outstanding Data & AI talent using creative and strategic sourcing techniques
- Build proactive talent pipelines across Germany and the wider European market
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from first conversation through to offer
- Use recruitment data and market insights to help hiring managers make informed hiring decisions
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes while supporting ambitious technology growth

π What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end technology recruitment in-house or through an RPO/embedded model
- Proven experience recruiting Data Science, Machine Learning and AI professionals
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner with multiple hiring managers simultaneously
- Experience managing recruitment autonomously across a high-volume portfolio of technical vacancies
- Excellent sourcing capability across both active and passive talent markets
- A data driven mindset with strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional hiring experiences
- Fluent English communication skills (German is not required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly
