We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of the world's leading technology businesses as they continue to scale their Product and Engineering organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a globally distributed, engineering-led organisation that's building products used by millions of developers, engineers, and businesses worldwide.
You'll lead hiring across Product and Software Engineering, helping attract exceptional technical talent into a collaborative, remote-first environment.
You'll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving Talent Acquisition strategy, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and helping build the teams that will shape the company's next stage of growth.
π What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment across Product, Software Engineering, and technical leadership roles
- Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Product Leaders, and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes
- Build proactive talent pipelines across the UK and wider EMEA technology market
- Source exceptional Product and Engineering talent using creative and strategic sourcing techniques
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to offer
- Use recruitment data and market insights to support informed hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to ensure a scalable, efficient, and inclusive hiring experience
- Support workforce planning and long-term hiring strategies aligned to ambitious product growth

π What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end technology recruitment across Product and Software Engineering functions
- Experience recruiting within high-growth technology, SaaS, cloud, developer tooling, or software organisations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence hiring decisions at all levels
- Excellent sourcing capability across both active and passive technical talent markets
- A proven track record of hiring Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other technical specialists
- Strong commercial awareness with a data-driven approach to recruitment and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed, and remote-first environment
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for building world-class technology teams
