Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / In-house Tech Recruiter to support our next phase of growth.
This is an ideal role for someone with 4-6 years of experience that is looking to work with a fast-growing consultancy that is experiencing tremendous growth!

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume recruitment load, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
- Identify and engage top tech talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, coding forums, and platforms such as GitHub and Stack Overflow.
- Source across Data & AI (GenAI, Agentic AI), DevOps & Cloud, Software Engineering roles.
- Conduct Boolean and X-ray searches, complemented by AI-powered tools to uncover hidden talent and optimize sourcing.
- Utilize AI solutions to streamline outreach, identify high-potential candidates faster, and enhance pipeline quality.
- Champion candidate referral schemes and maintain robust networks of passive talent.
- Lead by example in time management, requirement maintenance, and candidate experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Innovative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable implementing new processes.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights and streamlining recruitment processes.
- Communicate effectively with all departments to anticipate and exceed priorities.

- 4–6 years of hands-on tech recruitment experience (Must have extensive experience with Contract / Freelance Recruitment).
- Experienced in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments, ideally with contract/freelance roles.
- Results-driven, ambitious, and passionate about identifying and hiring the best talent.
- Skilled at building strong candidate relationships and maintaining a proactive talent network.
- Innovative and solutions-oriented, always looking for better ways to recruit and scale efficiently.
Position Details
- Base salary: up to £40,000 per year.
- Bonus: 23% bonus, paid quarterly (based on individual performance).
- Hybrid working: week 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday), 2 work-from-home (Monday & Friday).
- Location: Liverpool Street, London.
- Working Hours: 37 per week.
- Holiday: 25 days (pro rata).
