Responsibilities
- Host intake meetings with clients to understand job descriptions, develop key search criteria, compelling sell messages and value propositions, and lay out a comprehensive recruiting strategy and process.
- Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders. Lead pre-and post-interview meetings to guide stakeholders to sound hiring decisions.
- Team with HR Business Partners around future business needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
- Flawlessly execute the full-life cycle process, communicating with candidates and stakeholders throughout, including interview scheduling and gathering necessary approvals, maintaining data integrity within our systems, and negotiating offers.
- Master the Workday & LinkedIn recruiting module.
- Support early career recruiting.
- Actively use social media to build brand awareness and drive top of funnel candidate flow.
- Network internally to build strong relationships, learn the culture of the firm, create a strong internal brand and enhance awareness of hiring needs to generate employee referrals.
- Build and present candidate slates through proactive external sourcing, reviewing job applicants, connecting with your pipeline, and vetting internal referrals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Strong research skills; experience with data mining, lead generation, Boolean searches and other sophisticated sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple, concurrent searches meeting deliverable deadlines.
- Experience identifying trends, competitive intelligence and researching information effectively through various channels and providing concise, compelling summaries.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables.
- Proven expertise with MS Office Suite software, LinkedIn recruiter, ATS and CRM platforms.
- Demonstrable initiative, resourcefulness, self-management and personal accountability.
- Dedication to teamwork and desire to contribute in a highly collaborative environment.
- Client service mindset.
- Excellent communicator who knows when to talk and, more importantly, when to listen.
- Self-directed and driven to succeed, seeing challenges as opportunities.
- Highly ethical and professional.
- Continuous learner who appreciates and responds to feedback.
- Resilient in bouncing back from the standard challenges and setbacks that come in recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a combination of both agency or corporate recruiting with corporate experience in a professional services organization
- PhD/ABD in Business, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or similar field.
- Experience using Workday.
