Summary
Our Talent Acquisition team is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing EMEA Talent Acquisition team on an initial 6-month contract basis. Clio’s EMEA team drives our expansion in the UK, Ireland, and beyond and blazes the trail for Clio in new markets around the world. We are looking for someone who is interested in playing a critical role in a close-knit, supportive team as we continue to accelerate our growth in this region. What You'll Work On
- Own and nurture stakeholder relationships with our EMEA teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product, to ensure effective collaboration in recruitment efforts.
- Oversee a robust candidate pipeline and lead the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing primarily on strategic recruitment efforts across EMEA.
- Partner with business leaders to align on hiring strategies, meet quarterly hiring targets, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Explore and implement creative approaches to attract and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Align candidates with Clio’s mission, values, and vision.
- Play a key role in enhancing our recruiting function by introducing innovative practices and processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity.
What You May Have
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a rapid-growth, high-velocity environment with a focus on strategic and complex recruiting for both non-technical and technical roles.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams internationally across multiple time zones.
- Strong knowledge of the EMEA tech community.
- A track record of success with meeting hiring targets.
- Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and implement behavioral changes that optimize recruitment processes.
- A consultative approach to recruitment: A strategic thinker who brings a problem-solving mindset to any challenge throughout the recruiting process.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and takes ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective talent acquisition strategies are implemented to meet business needs.
- Comprehensive understanding and application of HR best practices, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment channels, including inbound, outbound, referrals, and events, to attract top talent and build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Experience sourcing, nurturing, and hiring passive candidates.
- Experience championing diversity and inclusion programs or initiatives.

Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high-performing culture. Some highlights of our Total Rewards program include:
- Competitive, equitable salary with top-tier health benefits and dental coverage.
- Hybrid work environment, with the expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, and Sydney) to be in the office a minimum of twice per week.

- Clioversary recognition program with special acknowledgement at 3, 5, 7, and 10 years.
The expected salary range* for this role is €71,200 to €83,800 to €96,400 EUR. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
