What you'll do
- Manage a high-volume recruitment load, prioritising to meet deadlines
- Source across Data and AI (including GenAI and Agentic AI), DevOps and Cloud, and Software Engineering
- Find talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, GitHub, Stack Overflow and coding forums
- Run Boolean and X-ray searches, backed by AI tools to surface hidden talent and sharpen the pipeline
- Build and champion a referral scheme, and maintain a strong network of passive candidates
- Act as a talent advisor to the business, sharing market insight and improving how we recruit
- Work closely with other departments to stay ahead of their hiring needs

Who you are
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on tech recruitment experience, with a strong contract or freelance recruitment background
- Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced hiring, ideally on contract or freelance roles
- Results-driven, with a genuine drive to find and hire the best talent
- Good at building candidate relationships and keeping a proactive talent network
- Always looking for a better way to recruit and scale
