As a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across multiple global jurisdictions. Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activity while delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on 360 recruitment delivery with strategic talent acquisition initiatives, helping to shape talent pipelines, enhance hiring processes, and contribute to the continued evolution of our global recruitment strategy.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where relationship building, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing are critical to success.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional talent acquisition outcomes while contributing to the ongoing development of our global 360 recruitment function.

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, providing expert advice on hiring strategies, talent availability, market trends, and recruitment best practice.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and jurisdictions, delivering high-quality shortlists and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Lead recruitment campaigns for specialist, niche, and high-volume vacancies, utilizing effective and consistent assessment methodologies.
  • Source and engage passive talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and talent mapping activities.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines across key skill sets and global locations to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Assess candidates against technical requirements, competencies, and organisational fit, enabling informed hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR, People teams, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, operational effectiveness, and the overall hiring journey.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant ATS records, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics and market intelligence to monitor performance, provide meaningful insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage offer negotiations and delivery, helping secure top talent while ensuring a smooth transition into onboarding.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing the wider Talent Acquisition team through knowledge sharing, peer-to-peer coaching, and the promotion of recruitment excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
