The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Talent Agent to join a leading entertainment heavyweight representing an exceptional roster of digital creators and unscripted television talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Agent to take ownership of high-profile clients, drive long-term career strategy and secure standout commercial opportunities across both the creator economy and broadcast industry.

The Role

  • Lead the day-to-day management of a roster of digital creators and broadcaster talent
  • Develop and execute long-term career strategies across brand partnerships, broadcast, podcasts, publishing, live events, IP and wider commercial opportunities
  • Identify, negotiate and secure high-value brand partnerships across a range of sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, broadcasters, production companies & PR agencies
  • Proactively identify new commercial opportunities that maximise both revenue and long-term career growth for clients.
  • Negotiate complex contracts, commercial terms and talent agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider agency to maximise opportunities for the talent roster.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their development.
  • Represent both clients and the agency at industry events, screenings, launches and networking opportunities

  • 5 + years talent management experience
  • A proven track record of securing high-value brand partnerships and commercial opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation, commercial and relationship management skills.
  • Experience developing long-term talent strategies beyond social media / digital
  • Success in scouting and signing new creators or building a roster from scratch
