Job purpose

As part of the Talent Attraction team, we are searching for a Senior Talent Attraction Consultant who will lead the recruitment efforts for the BNPP AM UK entity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and assess talents to fill existing and future job openings through external recruitment and internal mobility.
  • Lead transversal projects such as onboarding, career fairs, etc.

Kex accountabilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with HRBPs and hiring managers to provide relevant recruitment advice and stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
  • Identify the right sourcing strategy for each role including social media, referrals, alumni, specialist conferences, career site, job boards.
  • Ensure a quality driven and compliant recruitment process, taking into account local legal aspects and company processes to interview, extend offer, and onboard talents.
  • Build a high-level knowledge of external market understanding by establishing and maintaining direct contacts with professionals in the market, employment sources, agencies.
  • Develop an exhaustive pipeline of external candidates ensuring great candidate experience and a strong market network.
  • Create a high level of knowledge of internal talents within BNPParibas Asset Management and BNP Group in order to effectively source internal candidates by building internal relationships with other entities and resourcing platforms to ensure this.
  • Cover all recruitment activities for the UK territory across all business lines i.e. liquid market, alternatives (alternative credit, private debt, private equity, infrastructure, etc) transversal functions that encompass investment support, third.
  • Manage one researcher responsible for publishing job ads, screening applications, and liaising with applicants.

Experience

  • Master’s in business, Economy, Human Resources
  • Minimum 7 years of successful recruiting experience acquired in Finance/Asset Management

Qualifications

  • Skills in assessment and evaluation of candidates for suitability in the future role and company culture.
  • Act as a client-facing role requiring a proven track record in asset-management recruitment, handling complex offers (fixed base salary, bonus, buy-out, carried interest).
  • Self-drive and demonstrate passion for delivering best-in-class service to both clients and candidates.
  • Ability to assess a candidate's suitability based on experience (via competency-based interviews) as well as qualities demonstrated during the interview.
  • Ability to form an opinion and defend a position with hiring managers.
  • Good team player and excellent communicator with the ability to persuade and influence decision makers.
  • Good knowledge of ATS tools and social media in recruitment.
  • Fluent in English
