Senior Talent Partner/Recruiter/Engineering
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: London
Office-based: 5 days per week
Start: ASAP
Salary: £70k
We’re partnering with a leading global digital infrastructure business to appoint an experienced Senior Talent Partner for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
The organisation owns, develops and operates large-scale, highly resilient data centre infrastructure across Europe and Asia-Pacific, supporting some of the world’s leading technology, cloud, telecommunications, financial services and enterprise organisations.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position within an international business, with a particular emphasis on engineering and technical recruitment.
The role:
You’ll take ownership of approximately 15–20 live vacancies at any one time, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across multiple countries and regions. The hiring landscape can be complex, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking real ownership of their recruitment portfolio rather than simply managing a process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
