Hawkwood is partnering with one of the most high-growth, mission-led scale-ups in the market.

Our client is building a global platform designed around an historically underserved customer base. Having initially built significant scale in one market segment, the business is now expanding into a much broader suite of products spanning credit, savings and investing.

The company has millions of customers globally, and has raised significant funding from leading international investors. With strong foundations in place, the focus is now on international expansion, launching new products and building the teams required for the next stage of growth.

As the company continues to scale, they're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to lead Commercial hiring. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll own complex and high-impact searches while helping to raise the bar for hiring across the wider organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Run talent projects end-to-end, from scoping through to signed offer, spotting blockers early and hitting deadlines without being chased
  • Use candidate experience (NPS) data to proactively improve process, rather than simply reporting on it

About You:

  • In-house recruiting background in a fast-paced environment, ideally with depth in GTM, growth or marketing hiring.
  • Comfortable owning ambiguous, senior or sensitive searches with minimal oversight
  • Strong sourcing ability in competitive, passive-candidate markets
  • A track record designing hiring and assessment processes for niche or hard-to-fill roles
  • Genuinely excited by AI tooling - you use data and AI to drive decisions and build your own productivity, not just to report upward
  • Fintech experience is a plus, but not essential

If you are interested in this opportunity, we kindly ask that you apply directly via this LinkedIn advert rather than by email or LinkedIn message. This helps us ensure every candidate receives a fair, consistent and structured experience throughout the process.
