🚀 Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Corporate + Technology

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their mix of Corporate and Technology hiring. You will lead and manage end-to-end recruiting for marketing, operations, people and technology finance roles – from market research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, to offer negotiations and acceptance.
This is for a high-growth start up and you’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

- Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
- Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
- Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
- Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months

🔍 What You Bring:
- Demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Track record in hiring across EMEA.
- Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
- Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
- Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
- Build real trust with our client
