🚀 Senior Talent Partner - Private Equity
📍 Hybrid in London, United Kingdom

We are expanding our client team in a global private equity firm, and we are now looking for a Senior Talent Partner to support our hiring and demonstrate the ongoing success of an in-house model.
With a hybrid setup, you choose the balance that works for you. Spend focused time at home or collaborate face-to-face in the Soho office when it suits you.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Lead hiring across investment and support functions, giving you hands-on experience with high-stakes recruitment in the private equity world. This will expand your network and sharpen your ability to attract top-tier talent.
- You’ll develop headhunting strategies to identify and engage the best candidates while working closely with hiring managers to align recruitment with long-term business goals. This will boost your skills in workforce planning and strategic hiring.
- Lead on DEI initiatives to attract and hire from underrepresented groups.

🔍 What You Bring
- An obsession with finding candidates wherever they are - going beyond LinkedIn.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience, with a proven track record of hiring in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of private equity firms and the ability to manage stakeholders confidently.
- Hands-on sourcing expertise across both active and passive talent pools, enabling you to find the best fit for each position.
- Strong headhunting skills, combined with experience of a 'high-touch' candidate journey.
