We’re adding additional Senior Talent Partners to our client team in Newcastle, supporting early careers hiring in all areas of the business.

This is an opportunity to shape the future talent pipeline for a global technology business, partnering with stakeholders to attract and hire graduates, interns, apprentices and placement students across a variety of functions.

You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional hiring experiences, building relationships with universities and early careers networks, and ensuring we attract diverse, high-potential talent to support the business's future growth.

Our Talent Acquisition team operates at pace, combining strategic partnership, data-driven decision making and an outstanding candidate experience.

🌟 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for graduate, intern, apprentice and placement programmes
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future early talent hiring needs
  • Build strong talent pipelines through universities, student societies, careers events and other attraction channels
  • Deliver engaging assessment and selection processes that provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • Work closely with Employer Brand and Early Careers teams to support attraction campaigns, events and campus engagement
  • Use market insights and recruitment data to influence hiring decisions and improve attraction strategies
  • Manage recruitment activity through the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and process excellence
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and help deliver fair, consistent assessment processes
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the hiring lifecycle

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience within an in-house, RPO or corporate Talent Acquisition environment
  • Strong experience recruiting Early Careers talent, including graduates, interns and apprentices
  • Experience partnering with universities, careers services or campus attraction initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
  • A collaborative, data-driven approach with a continuous improvement mindset
