What You'll Do
Support hiring across our most technical roles
You'll own and support hiring across some of our most strategic technical roles in the UK, particularly in:
- AI / Machine Learning
- Infrastructure & Compute
- Software Engineering
- Product
- Leadership and other strategic hires
You'll work directly with founders and senior leaders to understand what we actually need rather than simply execute against a list of open positions.
Build a network, not just a pipeline
We don't want someone whose sourcing strategy starts and ends with LinkedIn Recruiter.
We want you to:
- Develop strong relationships within the UK AI and technology ecosystem
- Build long-term networks of engineers, founders, operators and technical leaders
- Attend and help identify relevant meetups, conferences and industry events
- Create relationships with people who may not be actively looking for their next role
- Identify creative ways to reach exceptional people
Understand the technology
You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be genuinely comfortable in technical environments.
You should be interested in topics such as AI inference, GPUs, distributed systems, ML infrastructure, data centres and the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
