Location: Reading, Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office

Description

Founded in 2020, Scout now have Talent Partners located across the UK and Germany where we are able to provide local knowledge and support to our clients with plans to expand into other cities throughout this year, and we’d love for you to be part of our journey!

We're very proud of the impact we have made across our clients, and over the past couple of years we have been named Recruitment Startup of the Year, and featured on the prestigious Startups 100 list! Right now we are currently supporting Multiverse, Payhawk, Treatwell, Zoopla to name a few.

Please note, this is initially a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, with the potential to extend, and/or become a permanent role.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner to take full ownership of recruitment for a fast growing, highly technical company. You’ll shape how the business finds, attracts, and hires world class technical talent, while ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
