We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join The Advocate Group, focused on delivering high-quality hires across a portfolio of established key accounts within the consumer products space.
This is a pure delivery role, working predominantly on exclusive, committed hiring projects with globally recognised brands. You’ll inherit an active pipeline and play a central role in executing against multi-hire briefs and long-term hiring plans.
The Role
- Deliver across predominantly exclusive, committed hiring projects within key FMCG / consumer product accounts
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, maintaining quality and pace
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the process
- Work closely with the wider team to maximise account performance and delivery output
- Contribute to ongoing account development through insight, market knowledge, and execution

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a search / delivery model
- Strong delivery capability across multiple live roles
- Commercial awareness and a focus on outcomes
- High standards around quality, pace, and communication
- A team-oriented approach with the ability to operate in a high-performance environment
- Sector experience is not essential. We’re open to recruiters from other markets who can demonstrate strong performance and want to transition into the consumer products space.
