As part of the group, ITP Live is the leading influencer marketing agency, working with some of the region’s most influential creators, personalities, and digital talent to develop meaningful partnerships between talent and brands.

As we continue to expand across Southeast Asia, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Relationship Manager to join our team in Singapore.

This is a key role within ITP Live SEA, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with creators and influencers, developing strategic talent partnerships, and working closely with brands and internal teams to deliver impactful, creative campaigns. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Singapore’s social and creator landscape, while also being comfortable working across the wider Southeast Asian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, public figures, and digital talent across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Develop and pitch creative, commercially compelling talent partnership proposals that align with client objectives and audience insights.
  • Act as a key point of contact between talent, brands, agencies, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth campaign execution.
  • Lead brainstorming, ideation, and strategic planning sessions to develop innovative influencer and creator-led campaigns.
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns from initial concept and talent selection through execution, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Work closely with the commercial and sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop talent-led solutions for brands.
  • Maintain accurate talent databases, campaign records, reporting, and presentations to support the wider talent and commercial teams.
  • Identify and onboard new and emerging creators across Singapore and Southeast Asia, expanding ITP Live’s talent network across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitch, and emerging social platforms.
  • Stay closely connected to trends across the creator economy, social media, entertainment, and digital culture, identifying opportunities for ITP Live and its talent.
  • Negotiate and manage talent partnerships in collaboration with relevant internal teams, ensuring commercial, contractual, and campaign requirements are delivered effectively.
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate results into clear insights, recommendations, and opportunities for future campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
