Your new role

As a Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager, you will provide senior-level tax advice across a broad range of complex matters affecting owner-managed businesses and private clients. Working closely with business owners, shareholders, and high-net-worth individuals, you will play a key role in delivering strategic tax planning solutions and helping shape the firm's growing advisory offering.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Advising owner-managed businesses on corporate, shareholder, and personal tax matters
  • Leading complex advisory projects including restructures and reorganisations
  • Advising on employee incentive arrangements and share schemes
  • Providing property tax planning and structuring advice
  • Supporting succession planning, exit planning, and ownership transitions
  • Delivering inheritance tax planning advice, including trusts, estates, and family investment company matters
  • Managing HMRC enquiries and technical tax risks
  • Supporting, coaching, and mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the firm's tax advisory service offering
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships whilst identifying opportunities for further advisory work

What you'll need to succeed

  • CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified
  • Strong experience advising owner-managed businesses
  • Broad exposure across corporate, personal, and shareholder tax matters
  • Commercial mindset with a genuine passion for providing proactive client advice
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach to work
