Take Ownership of Transfer Pricing in a Global Fintech Business
Finastra is reshaping how tax is delivered across the organisation by bringing key activities in-house, centralising ownership, and investing in stronger controls, standardisation and automation.
We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing to join our Group Tax team in a senior role with meaningful exposure across the business. You will strengthen compliance, manage risk and help establish consistent practices across multiple jurisdictions.
As a newly created role, this is a chance to apply your technical expertise, influence how transfer pricing operates, and build practical frameworks for a complex international business.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted senior contact for transfer pricing, partnering with Tax, Finance, Legal, Operations and external advisers.
- Own transfer pricing processes, filings and documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage complex cross-border arrangements, ensuring they are compliant, commercially aligned and well governed.
- Support audits, manage risk, and work with advisers and tax authorities where required.
- Improve handovers, governance and collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate transfer pricing activity.

What You’ll Bring
- A professional tax or accounting qualification, such as ACA, CTA, CPA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
- Strong transfer pricing experience, ideally with a mix of Big Four or professional services experience and in-house exposure within a complex multinational business.
- The ability to apply technical tax knowledge commercially, pragmatically and at pace.
- A strong grasp of tax processes, controls, accounting impacts and end-to-end tax systems.
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders, external advisers and cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- A collaborative, adaptable style, with the curiosity and resilience to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
