Role Overview
As a Senior Tax Manager, you'll oversee tax compliance and reporting processes, ensuring the business meets its obligations efficiently. This role is key to maintaining smooth operations within the industry.

A company in the technology industry based in the Thames Valley.
Description
- Lead and oversee international and corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prepare and review quarterly tax provisions, including current and deferred tax calculations.
- Support tax reporting requirements under both US GAAP and IFRS frameworks.
- Review tax returns and associated calculations prepared by external advisers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with Pillar Two, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), Transfer Pricing, and broader international tax matters.
- Collaborate closely with teams across the business.
- Drive improvements in tax processes and reporting.

Profile
A successful Senior Tax Manager will have:
- Proven experience in international tax compliance and reporting, ideally within technology or telecommunications.
- A recognised professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
- Strong knowledge of tax legislation and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- The ability to oversee complex tax matters while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £85,000 to £95,000.
- Comprehensive pension scheme.
- Permanent role in the Thames Valley.
