About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a market-leading Big 4 firm for a Senior Manager to join its AI-enabled, nationally connected Corporate Tax Compliance practice. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of tax transformation, combining deep technical expertise with innovative technology to deliver exceptional outcomes for a prestigious client portfolio.
As part of a high-performing and rapidly growing team, you’ll lead complex compliance engagements across a diverse range of clients, with opportunities to specialise in key growth areas including Financial Services, Real Estate and Pillar 2. You’ll work alongside some of the industry’s leading tax professionals, influence client strategy, and help shape the future of a practice investing heavily in people, technology, and market expansion.

What You’ll Bring
- ACA, CTA, ATT, ACCA or equivalent qualification (or comparable international experience)
- Strong UK corporate tax compliance and tax accounting expertise
- Proven experience managing complex client portfolios and leading high-performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client service
- Experience within Financial Services, Real Estate, or Pillar 2 is advantageous
