About the Firm

We are a friendly, family-run ACCA accountancy practice based in Redditch. Established eight years ago, the firm has grown to a team of 18 employees and has built a strong reputation for providing a supportive, professional, and approachable service to our clients.

We offer a welcoming working environment with a positive culture where team members are encouraged to take ownership of their work, support one another, and continue developing their technical knowledge.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Tax Senior to join our growing practice team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong practice experience who is confident managing their own workload, assisting Directors and Seniors, and supporting junior members of staff.

You will work with a varied client base, predominantly made up of individuals and owner-managed businesses, alongside some high-net-worth individuals and trusts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
