Senior Tax Manager, Pillar II

A Big 4 firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join its growing Pillar Two team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong tax professional with a background in compliance, reporting, or tax accounting to play a key role in supporting clients with the implementation and ongoing compliance requirements of Pillar Two.

Joining a specialist team that is experiencing significant growth and expected to almost double in size, you'll have the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise in one of the most significant developments in international tax. Working with a diverse portfolio of multinational and mid-market clients, you will support complex compliance and reporting engagements while benefiting from clear opportunities for progression within a rapidly expanding practice.

You may currently be working in an in-house function or professional services firm.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
