Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manager – International Tax Reporting & Compliance to join our International Tax team, supporting a broad range of non-US tax matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional to work across international tax compliance, tax reporting, tax accounting and process improvement, while partnering with key stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quarterly US GAAP tax provisions under FAS 109/FIN 18.
  • Prepare annual current and deferred tax true-ups.
  • Maintain FIN48/FAS5 provisions.
  • Prepare and review direct tax returns, including corporate tax, withholding tax, stamp duty and property tax.
  • Review tax calculations and forms prepared by external service providers and coordinate the required data and information.
  • Support Pillar 2 compliance and Public CbC Reporting.
  • Review corporate tax calculations and adjustments for their financial statement impact under IFRS and US GAAP, where applicable.
  • Partner with the US Transfer Pricing team on Transfer Pricing documentation and related filings.
  • Calculate advance corporate tax payments and manage related filings.
  • Provide support to tax planning and audit teams as required.
  • Build strong relationships with Accounting, Legal, Treasury and FP&A teams to improve compliance, accounting and reporting processes.
  • Support the training and development of junior team members.
  • Streamline and optimise tax processes using digital finance and data tools such as Alteryx, Qlik and other technologies.

  • Recognised accounting/tax qualification.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in tax, either in practice or industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of corporate income tax.
  • Experience with quarterly tax provisioning.
  • Strong data management and automation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with US GAAP FAS 109/FIN 18 reporting.
  • Experience with OneSource Tax Provision and Alteryx.
  • Awareness of OECD and EU tax developments, including BEPS, DAC6 and Public CbCR.
