About the Role
An opportunity for an experienced tax professional to lead corporate tax reporting and compliance activities within a large financial services organisation. Reporting to the Head of Tax Reporting, you will ensure accurate tax reporting, strong governance, regulatory compliance, and ongoing process improvement while partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Tax, and external advisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver corporate tax reporting and support the wider financial reporting process.
- Oversee corporate tax compliance and manage external advisers.
- Ensure compliance with Pillar Two, CbCR, CIR, and other tax reporting obligations.
- Provide tax accounting expertise for group financial statements.
- Maintain and enhance tax risk and control frameworks.
- Drive improvements in tax reporting processes, data, and technology.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify and manage tax risks.

Requirements

- ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong UK corporate tax experience, ideally at Senior Manager level.
- Experience within a large corporate group or financial services environment preferred.
- Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience of tax technology, process improvement, or finance transformation initiatives is advantageous.
