More Than a Job: A Mission

We are seeking a passionate TCMS (Train Control and Monitoring System) Engineer to design and develop advanced train control and management systems, working alongside dedicated teams to deliver solutions that drive the future of rail mobility. As a professional and team manager, you will take ownership of complex projects, ensuring robust and scalable systems that leave a lasting legacy.


Your Role, Your Impact:

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable TCMS architectures for new and existing rail vehicles, ensuring future-proof solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to integrate TCMS seamlessly into vehicle platforms.
  • Drive reliability by developing and validating robust control algorithms, minimising system failures and optimising performance.
  • Champion innovation by introducing new technologies and methodologies to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
  • Promote knowledge sharing through mentoring, documentation, and training sessions to build team expertise and foster continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in rail systems engineering or embedded systems, with proven project management skills.
  • Proficiency in TCMS design, embedded software development, communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet), and system integration.
  • Strong understanding of safety-critical systems, rail industry standards, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on team development and stakeholder engagement.

  • Effective collaboration and leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Reduction in system defects and increased operational efficiency through proactive troubleshooting.
