About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Quality and Governance Team in Thames Valley Forensic Mental Health Service based at Littlemore Mental Health Centre.
This is a full-time, permanent post with a requirement to work in the core business hours. The role requires a dynamic, highly motivated, and flexible individual with a strong eye for detail, and highly efficient organisational and planning skills with a strong focus on service improvement, quality, and development. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- To provide efficient and effective comprehensive administrative support to the team/service.
- Provide a polite and efficient reception service to visitors if required.
- To provide administrative support to the team ensuring that there are effective administrative systems and procedures in operation.
- To ensure that high standards of data quality are maintained.
- To make recommendations for improvement to existing administration procedures and processes.
- To provide administrative support for meetings as requested and to ensure follow-up action is completed.
- To take notes of meetings, set up meetings, coordinate the diaries of team members, and prepare agendas; to ensure that documentation, correspondence, and sources of information are maintained to a high standard and readily available for meetings.
