Executive Assistant | Financial Services | Central London | £45,000 to £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits

C&C Search is currently recruiting an exceptional Team Assistant for a large and highly respected financial services firm based in Central London. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant to join a high performing team within a global organisation, offering excellent exposure, long term career development, a collaborative culture and the support of a strong community of assistants. Position: Senior Team Assistant supporting senior leaders and a busy investment team

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 plus discretionary bonus

Hybrid set up: Predominantly office based with some flexibility

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

  • Complex and proactive diary management for senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating extensive international travel, meetings and logistics
  • Managing team administration, expenses and documentation
  • Supporting team projects, events, offsites and internal initiatives
  • Tracking priorities, deadlines and key deliverables across a busy team environment
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships across the wider business and assistant community
  • Ensuring seamless support that enables senior leaders to focus on business priorities
  • Maintaining absolute discretion when handling confidential information

These responsibilities reflect the need for intelligent diary management, coordination, stakeholder management, travel planning, operational excellence and contribution to a collaborative assistant community.

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Team Assistant or Team Assistant within a fast paced corporate environment
  • Experience supporting senior executives and busy teams
  • Previous exposure to financial services, investment management, professional services or a similarly demanding environment would be advantageous
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive and solutions focused approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using AI enabled productivity tools would be beneficial
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information professionally
  • A positive, adaptable and collaborative mindset
