The Role:
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Network team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team and their activities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a daily liaison with UHNW/HNW prospects, clients, and broader community members—coordinating meetings and relationship touchpoints while fostering trust and rapport.
- Assisting team members before and after meetings by providing concise briefs, managing follow-ups, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records are maintained, inc. prospect research and materials prep.
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and administration of events and community gatherings.
- Building, maintaining, and updating Network Team databases and CRM records.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
About You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, fast-paced company.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with Slack, G-Suite and SalesForce is desirable.
- Excellent grasp of written and verbal English.
- Strongly motivated and sets demanding standards for personal excellence.
