Senior Leadership Role: Data & Audiences (12 month contract)

The role is working for a leading CTV player and one which covers Audiences, data and product management. The candidate will be both technical and commercially minded. You will need to understand the Adtech ecosystem (CTV, SSP's DMP's, DSP's, Clean rooms etc.).

Role Overview

Senior leadership role within a newly integrated Product and Go-to-Market (GTM) function. The successful candidate must come from a CTV, broadcast, Adtech and Tech product background. Accountable for the strategy, readiness, launch, and commercial success of a regional Data & Measurement product portfolio. Working closely with the sales, Product, ops and Analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Define and lead the product and GTM strategy for the Data & Measurement domain within a media and adtech environment.
  • Product Development: Ensure products meet commercial, technical, regulatory, and privacy requirements before launch.
  • Global Influence: Act as the regional representative and influence global product roadmaps and priorities across.
  • Data Management: Manage data infrastructure and integrations, ensuring compliance and commercial viability.
  • Market Feedback: Gather customer and market feedback to shape product development and roadmap decisions.
  • Product Positioning: Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Create frameworks to monitor product adoption, performance, and success.
  • Sales Enablement: Drive sales enablement through training, collateral, insights, and product knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, analytics, legal, privacy, partnerships, and operations teams.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on data-driven advertising, audience targeting, measurement, and privacy trends.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in ad tech, product management, CTV, Broadcast and GTM leadership.
  • Strong expertise in data-driven advertising, measurement, attribution, privacy, and data infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive commercial growth within international markets.
