Role Description

The Senior Technical Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shadoxhurst, focused on building long-term relationships with strategic customers and ensuring successful adoption of Perforce solutions. This role involves serving as a primary technical point of contact, understanding customer environments, and providing proactive guidance on best practices, performance, and optimization. The Senior Technical Account Manager will coordinate and deliver advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage escalations in partnership with engineering and support teams. Qualifications

  • Account Management skills, including relationship building, stakeholder communication, and strategic account planning.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing complex issues, analyzing root causes, and guiding resolution in software or infrastructure environments.
  • Sales-related abilities to identify growth opportunities, support renewals, and collaborate with sales teams on solution positioning.
  • Project Management skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage timelines, and deliver on customer commitments.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, software development lifecycles, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably with enterprise or high-stakes applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Shadoxhurst and collaborate effectively with global teams and customers.
