The Role
We seek a Senior Technical Account Manager in AI/ML, Data Center, and WAN networking, combining customer advocacy with internal progress, supported by deep technical mastery and vibrant problem solving.
This is not an evangelistic hype post. This is how you help lead the design of the world’s largest networks—fromAi to hyperscale—as an incisive industry analyst, steering HPE’s product teams into first-to-market readiness for next-gen technologies. You turn customer input, expert insights, partner trends, and emerging tech to craft enterprise-level GTM and product strategy for hyperscale, cloud-native, and nexus-network environments.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with customers, account teams, technical staff, product specialists, and analysts, translating their vision into viable go-to-market (GTM) and product strategies for hyperscale cloud providers and digital-native networks.
- Champion HPE’s cloud GTM and product strategy with internal stakeholders, including senior-level executives, finance, and technical leadership.
- Cultivate industry best practices to sell networking synergistically with compute and storage solutions.
- Partner with hyperscalers, large-scale enterprises, service providers and tech partners to co-create solutions for **emerging workloads.
- Track, research, document, and share technical trends in AI networking innovations and cloud infrastructure evolution.
- Vigilantly support Territory Account Managers and Sales Engineers to ensure customers receive the most forward-thinking designs and cutting-edge products.
- Drive exceptional RFP/Tender scene management:
- Compliance with RFI specifications
- Comprehensive bill of materials (BOM) accountabilities
- Strong commercial/pricing models
- Persuasive solution architecture personas
- Travel judiciously (~50%), including short-notice international opportunities.

Role Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (master’s preferred)
- 15+ years in Network Architecture, solutions engineering, or design, specializing in large-scale AI, Cloud, and Hyperscale Networking environments
Technical Expertise
- 15+ years designing and consulting with cloud solutions under frameworks involving:
- Hyperscale solution stacks (both on-premise and multi-cloud)
- Mastery of core networking fundamentals like MPLS, traffic engineering, switching, and automation
- Experience with SDN overlays (EVPN/VXLAN, MP-BGP); network fabrics/DCIs
- Deep familiarity with Northbound and Southbound APIs (NETCONF/REST); implementation YANG/yangs; YANG REST APIs
- Super وأدلة for tools/applications like Apstra, Paragon, DPDK, SR-IOV, SmartNICs, SONiC, and Cumulus OS systems
- Vendor middleware proficiency (Juniper JunOS, Arista EOS, Cisco IOS, relevant hardware silicons)

Certifications
- JNCIE or industry-equivalent certifications mandatory
