Senior Technical Account Manager – AI-Native Cybersecurity Platform
📍 Location: London / UK (Hybrid / Remote with ~25% regional travel)
💰 Package: £130,000 – £140,000 (85/15 OTE split) + Significant Equity
The Opportunity
We are partnering exclusively with a hyper-growth, Series B AI-Native Cybersecurity Unicorn that is redefining enterprise security analytics and threat detection. By enabling global enterprises to run detection and response right where their security data lives, they are replacing legacy SIEM complexity at scale.
As the first UK-based Technical Account Manager, you will own the post-sales technical strategy for strategic enterprise accounts across EMEA, serving as the primary technical authority and trusted advisor.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end post-sale technical relationship for strategic Fortune 500 & Global enterprise accounts.
- Lead technical onboarding, cloud integration, log pipeline troubleshooting, and detection tuning to ensure rapid time-to-value.
- Partner directly with customer CISOs, Security Architects, and SOC teams during critical investigations and technical escalations.
- Focus on account health and adoption depth to maintain high retention (>90%) and foster long-term expansion.
- Act as the voice of the field to internal R&D and Product leadership, shaping product roadmap based on real SOC workflows.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing enterprise role (TAM, Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, Senior Support) or hands-on SOC / Security Engineering / Incident Response background.
- Strong hands-on experience with SIEM, log management, or security analytics platforms (e.g., Splunk, Elastic/ELK, Microsoft Sentinel, Cribl).
- Solid cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, GCP), scripting capability (Python or Bash), and troubleshooting experience across distributed log data pipelines.
- Equally comfortable leading deep-dive technical workshops with engineers as you are conducting strategic business reviews with C-level executives.
