At Dragos, the mission is personal.

The systems we protect deliver the water you drink, power your home, and keep the hospitals your community depends on running. Those critical infrastructure systems that power our civilization around the world are under attack every day by adversaries. When those systems fail, people are immediately at risk.

We are the global leader in xOT cybersecurity, combining technology, threat intelligence, and expert services. The people here chose this work because they understand what is at stake. Here, you will find a remote-first mission-driven team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC built on authenticity, transparency, and trust.

If safeguarding the systems that protect your family, friends, and community is the kind of work that matters to you, you are in the right place.

About the Role:

Dragos is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor to some of the most critical infrastructure and industrial organisations across Europe.

In this role, you will help customers maximise the value of their investment in Dragos solutions while strengthening their Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity capabilities. You will work closely with cybersecurity, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders to understand business priorities, operational challenges, and security objectives, translating these into practical, measurable outcomes.

Through advisory engagements, goal-setting workshops, technical enablement, and ongoing guidance, you will help customers operationalise key use cases, improve cyber resilience, and mature their OT security programmes over time.

This role combines deep OT/ICS cybersecurity expertise with strong relationship management and consulting skills. You will help customers navigate complex security challenges, align initiatives with recognised industry frameworks, and build sustainable programmes that reduce risk and improve operational resilience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
