Senior Supply Chain Technical Analyst

£55,000 – £65,000 plus 20% bonus and benefits
Hybrid, Greater London

Reporting to the Supply Chain Platform Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support, configuration and development across the Supply Chain technology platforms, with the initial focus being on the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The business is currently going through a significant Supply Chain transformation, rolling out its WMS across multiple countries, with further deployments planned over the coming years. You will operate at a Level 3 technical support and development level, working closely with project teams, warehouse users, technical teams, external suppliers and senior business stakeholders.

You will be involved in understanding how the platform is configured and supports the warehouse operation, troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting configuration, development, integration, testing and go-live activities for new country deployments. Your initial focus will be on supporting existing live countries before becoming increasingly involved in the wider transformation programme.

We Are Looking For

Someone with strong hands-on experience of an enterprise WMS or Supply Chain technology platform. Experience with Körber / HighJump / Infios would be highly relevant, but is not essential. We would also consider strong experience with other Tier 1 WMS platforms such as Manhattan or Blue Yonder. Strong communication skills are important, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences and work collaboratively with project teams, providing constructive challenge where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
