Senior Technical Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Architect to provide additional support across a complex, multi-supplier environment.

You’ll support supplier engagement, architecture reviews, technical assurance, integration design, discovery work and the modernisation of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in supplier technical calls, workshops and design reviews
  • Challenge supplier assumptions, architectural decisions, implementation approaches and delivery plans
  • Review APIs, integrations, system architectures and detailed technical designs
  • Provide technical assurance across testing, resilience, observability and operational readiness
  • Identify architectural and delivery risks and recommend pragmatic solutions
  • Support technical discoveries, including build-versus-buy assessments
  • Develop prototypes or proofs of concept where these help validate an approach
  • Contribute to future-state architecture and service-modernisation initiatives
  • Work closely with internal technical teams and multiple external suppliers
  • Ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, supportable and aligned with wider objectives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
