Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an expert Senior Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale systems across key operational domains (People, Finance, Commercial, or Estates). You will bridge the gap between complex technical strategy and delivery, translating user needs into robust, value-for-money solutions while championing architecture standards at governance forums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Create enterprise-level architecture patterns using microservices, APIs, event-driven design, and file-based transfers.
  • SaaS Strategy: Lead Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product selection, evaluation, and end-to-end implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical designs clearly to non-technical stakeholders and represent solutions at technical governance boards.
  • Engineering and Delivery: Partner with engineering teams to guide delivery, develop product roadmaps, and systematically reduce technical debt.
  • Cloud and Governance: Apply public cloud patterns and align design decisions with broader technical strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
