When you join us at Lighthouse, you will create the best work of your career within a collaborative, hybrid working environment. You’ll learn from the best and work alongside the future greats of the gaming industry.

Role Overview

As a Senior Vehicle Technical Artist, you will play a critical role in supporting our vehicle art team by solving complex technical challenges and building scalable systems that improve how we create vehicles at scale. You will act as the bridge between art and engineering, driving improvements to pipelines, tools, and workflows that enable the team to deliver industry-leading vehicle quality efficiently.

This is a high-impact role focused on moving the team away from manual, asset-by-asset fixes toward robust, system-driven solutions that elevate both quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable systems and workflows that address issues across multiple vehicles simultaneously
  • Develop and improve tools that enable artists to work more efficiently and at higher quality
  • Partner closely with artists and engineers to streamline content creation and integration
  • Take ownership of systemic issues and drive solutions that improve output across the entire vehicle team
  • Reduce reliance on manual fixes by introducing efficient, repeatable processes
  • Support and guide artists in resolving technical challenges, improving overall team capability
  • Contribute to establishing best practices for vehicle creation, optimisation, and pipeline efficiency

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
