Overview
3di has been providing outsourced technical documentation services for over 20 years to global companies and technology businesses. We're looking for a Senior Technical Author with experience documenting hardware and complex machinery for an upcoming project in Scotland.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has significant experience as a Technical Author, ideally documenting hardware and complex machinery.
- Is confident working onsite with engineering and installation teams during the commissioning process.
- Can interview installers and engineers to capture technical information accurately.
- Can create, review and improve clear, structured technical documentation.
- Has experience with MadCap Flare (preferred).
