About The Role And Team
CreateFuture is looking for a collaborative, technically grounded Senior Business Analyst to join our team.
Our Senior Business Analysts drive high-impact change across a broad spectrum of client engagements. While we deliver end-to-end digital products, this role is tailored for a BA who is as comfortable driving complex back-end environments (such as API integrations, platform migrations, data architecture, and system integration logic) as they are crafting front-end user experiences and feature specifications.
You’ll leverage your proficiency in business analysis, system architecture, and product strategy to guide project development, acting as the crucial bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your responsibilities span meticulous requirements analysis, data flow mapping, estimation, and championing delivery best practices within your team.
Your exceptional communication skills are pivotal for translating complex client objectives into clear, developer-ready specifications and data flows, ensuring what we build is both valuable for users and technically robust under the hood.
Does this sound like you? Do you have a passion for the craft of Business Analysis, a natural curiosity for how complex backend systems work, and an interest in how modern tools are changing how we work? If so, we’d love to talk to you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Be Doing
- Evaluate current and emerging business procedures, collaborating with clients and internal teams to propose impactful system solutions and process improvements.
- Proactively bring cross-functional teams together to shape user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications (including API contracts, payload logic, and data mappings).
- Facilitate data analysis, query system data to uncover edge cases, and map complex integration dependencies across backend architecture.
- Manage project backlogs during discovery, build, and run phases, balancing business priorities against technical constraints, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and engineering effort.
- Support and lead client discovery conversations, driving estimation efforts, facilitating workshops, and championing best practices across your project team.
We'd Love To Talk To You If You Have
- Proven experience delivering both product-led user initiatives and complex technical projects (e.g., API integrations, platform migrations, data architecture).

- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of business context and translating complex goals into clear specifications.
- Bring meticulous requirements analysis, lead estimation efforts, and champion best practices across your project team.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experimented with AI tools to accelerate research, draft baseline specifications, map data fields, or red-team edge cases in system flows.
- Exposure to or curiosity about how modern AI capabilities, LLMs, or agentic workflows integrate into backend system architectures.
- A proactive approach to exploring new tools and techniques that improve the speed and quality of business analysis, with a desire to share those learnings with colleagues.
